April’s talk will be presented by Café Sci coordinator John Holroyde on the subject of Madagascar.

Madagascar appears on the map as an island close to the coast of Africa. However, its Flora and Fauna are unique, and very different from mainland Africa. John will explore how this diversity arose and the pressures which are impacting on this unique ecosystem.

Please note that this meeting is a week earlier than usual due to Easter Monday falling on the third Monday of the month.
