Sophie is a gut-specialist Dietitian at the South Warwickshire GP Federation, who is keeping up to date with the latest research on sourdough breads and other baked goods. She loves to share this with anyone interested in how these delicious foods can not only be tasty but good for our health. Find out how wheat products can be enjoyed again, depending on the way that they’re prepared. We’ll be talking about gluten, minerals, glucose absorption and FODMAPs.
