Thank you for agreeing to lead a session for us. We aim to make the experience at least as enjoyable for you as for our audience. We’ve developed these guidelines over many years, please feel free to ask for details or clarifications.

Please plan to take no more than about 35 minutes, unless your session is fully interactive. If you do use slides, please keep the numbers down, use large text, and be prepared for many questions! Whilst some in the audience may know your subject, please don’t assume prior knowledge or expertise.

We always bring a screen and projector, with a variety of connecting leads. If you would like us to bring a laptop please let us know, and we can then use your powerpoint presentation on a USB stick.

If you let us know your expenses we are happy to cover reasonable costs.
