What is Engineering Education and does it work?

Engineers have the power to shape the world and improve people’s lives, however engineering firms continue to warn of a shortage of engineers that poses a threat to business. With many professional bodies and independent organisations setting up engineering education strategies, have we taken enough time to monitor the engineering education landscape and find out what is effective? This talk will ask you to consider your personal definition of engineering and how your articulation of engineering may impact the aspirations of future generations.
